"The Best of the Best"
They started with 17 and ended with 12 proving that only the dedicated and strong willed survive!
On April 12th in the year 2003 the Xi Phi Chapter initiated 12 outstanding individuals who proved that they were the Best of the Best. In just 6 short weeks they accomplished their goals of orginizing professional, community service, social and fundraising events that not even the Brothers could pull off. But most importantly they learned the value of teamwork and the true meaning of Brotherhood! Those brothers initiated were:
