Grand Chapter Congress 2003
In August 2003 representatives of the Xi Phi Chapter officially accepted the National Charter
of the Xi Phi Chapter from Grand President Kathy Janhke. We also received special recognition when one of our alumni Brothers
was asked to be a member of the Ritual Team that would intitiate the Fraternity's new Honorary Brothers.

In 2003 Delta Sigma Pi was recognized by the University of Massachusetts as one of its leading
organizations on campus. Both the organization as a whole and two individual members were recognized for their committment
to building a better community on and off campus. This was the first time that Delta Sigma Pi was recognized for its leadership
by a department outside oif the College of Management.

In 2003 Delta Sigma Pi continued its track record of campus leadership and once again proved
to the UMass Community that it's members were the best of the best. Three members took 3 awards and the Fraternity was the
only student group allowed to address the students and present the Delta Sigma Pi Scholarship Key, Staff Member of the Year
Award, and the Faculty Member of the Year Award.

In the Spring of 2002 Delta Sigma Pi proved to the UMass Community that it's members were the best of the
best. First, three members took 5 awards and the Fraternity was one of only two student groups allowed to address
the students and parents as they presented the 1st Annual "Delta Sigma Pi College of Management Staff Member of the Year"
Award.
